Firmare un buon contratto di locazione. Redigere un piano che imponga il breakeven.<br>\nNon basta una buona idea per fare un\u2019azienda, serve pi\u00f9 attenzione anche a questi aspetti per evitare di chiudere prima ancora di cominciare. E chi, meglio di un manager navigato, pu\u00f2 insegnare a risvegliare questa coscienza in un aspirante imprenditore? Questa \u00e8 la filosofia che dal lontano 1985 muove l\u2019associazione francese R\u00e9seau Entreprendre\u00ae e che da allora l\u2019ha portata a creare 100mila occupati tra Cile, Marocco, Senegal, Tunisia ed Europa in cui \u00e8 presente con 118 sedi. Solo l\u2019anno scorso questo ente fondato da Andr\u00e9 Mulliez, ad del gruppo Phildar e gi\u00e0 in Auchan, ha accompagnato duemila progetti e creato 28mila posti di lavoro. E dal 20 giugno, dopo il Piemonte e la Lombardia, Reseau Entreprendre sbarcher\u00e0 anche a Bologna (Auditorium Ducati in Via Antonio Cavalieri Ducati 3, dalle ore 18).<br>\n\u00ab<em>L\u2019Emilia-Romagna rappresenta una scelta sia di prossimit\u00e0 geografica e operativa, sia per il tessuto imprenditoriale che contraddistingue questa regione \u2013 spiega Arturo Tedeschi, presidente uscente di RE Italia -. Un tessuto sano, fatto di aziende capaci di coniugare una grande tradizione imprenditoriale a uno spiccato orientamento all\u2019innovazione<\/em>\u00bb.<br>\nA Bologna Reseau Entreprendre si avvarr\u00e0 di \u00abdocenti\u00bb attinti dai soci <strong>Gruppo Maccaferri, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Petrolifera Italorumena, Day Ristoservice, Open Group, Ag-Group, Studio commercialisti e revisori associati Sassi e Sartoni Galloni, Ruggero Mazza commercialista ed Emila Banca<\/strong>, mentre a livello nazionale il supporto finanziario \u00e8 garantito da <strong>Bnl<\/strong>. Cos\u00ec di primo acchito qualcuno potrebbe domandarsi \u00abMa dove sta la differenza con un incubatore di startup?\u00bb \u00ab<em>Noi non diamo assistenza, n\u00e9 affitto, la nostra \u00e8 trasmissione di sapere<\/em> \u2014 risponde Aldo Ravaioli, presidente RE Italia \u2014 <em>facciamo pi\u00f9 di una selezione: all\u2019inizio valutiamo l\u2019uomo e se la sua idea \u00e8 meritevole di un business plan, poi un secondo comitato di convalida di 10 imprenditori guarda la documentazione fornita e sancisce l\u2019ingresso o meno nel percorso di affiancamento, un terzo comitato si occuper\u00e0 poi del finanziamento-. La percentuale di rientro dei prestiti fatti a questi giovani imprenditori \u00e8 del 97%<\/em>\u00bb.<br>\nLa tutorship dura tre anni e i docenti non possono investire nelle startup. Tra loro Reseau Entreprendre annovera i manager del gruppo tessile <strong>Miroglio<\/strong>, dell\u2019azienda vinicola <strong>Ceretto Vini<\/strong> e di <strong>Michelin<\/strong>. Che insegnano ai giovani tutti i trucchi del mestiere, selezione dei collaboratori e dei fornitori, consigli ed esperienze per guidare il business quotidiano, sviluppo del piano industriale.
