\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa nuova edizione dei Collective Projects 2024\/2025<\/strong> nasce con l\u2019obiettivo di avvicinare enti del terzo settore, startup e PMI a un progetto di open innovation volto a contaminare, tra loro, i differenti sistemi di appartenenza.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI soggetti selezionati per partecipare ai Collective Projects accederanno al\u00a0network internazionale\u00a0di ESCP<\/strong>, disporranno di un\u00a0team di 6 o 7 studenti<\/strong>, altamente motivati e desiderosi di mettersi in gioco con sfide idonee a testare le loro conoscenze e competenze, per un totale di\u00a0240 ore di lavoro<\/strong> al fine di sviluppare un progetto aziendale in una delle seguenti aree di interesse: Marketing, Internazionalizzazione, Fundraising, Knowledge Management, Business development o Sustainability<\/strong>.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gli enti del terzo settore, le startup e le imprese avranno l\u2019occasione di lavorare con un giovane team di studenti che, come consulenti dedicati allo sviluppo di un progetto concreto, metteranno a disposizione intuizioni derivanti dal loro background internazionale e in grado di sperimentare nuove soluzioni di business e favorire la loro scalabilit\u00e0 sul mercato.I Collective Projects rappresentano l\u2019opportunit\u00e0, per gli enti\/aziende coinvolte, di talent acquisition e, al contempo, di carriera per i ragazzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I Collective Projects si svolgeranno nel periodo ottobre 2024-marzo 2025<\/strong>\u00a0e coinvolgeranno\u00a0circa 330 studenti<\/strong>\u00a0di oltre 40 nazionalit\u00e0 diverse iscritti al secondo anno del\u00a0Bachelor in Management<\/strong><\/a>, suddivisi in 60 team. Il progetto verr\u00e0 svolto in lingua inglese. Ogni azienda dovrebbe individuare un rappresentante che segua gli studenti per la durata del progetto.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
