Quel est ton parcours ?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tApr\u00e8s un IUT G\u00e9nie M\u00e9canique et Productique, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 Grenoble INP \u2013 G\u00e9nie industriel en alternance chez un \u00e9quipementier automobile \u00e0 Chamb\u00e9ry. J\u2019y suis rest\u00e9 presque 4 ans, puis j\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de devenir responsable d\u2019un atelier usinage d\u2019une quarantaine de personnes dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 La Mure. Malheureusement, un plan social \u00e9tait initi\u00e9 et j\u2019ai pu rebondir en changeant de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, cette fois-ci \u00e0 Valence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les pompes \u00e0 vide. Toujours en tant que responsable usinage d\u2019un atelier d\u2019une cinquantaine de personnes. Le COVID passant par l\u00e0, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne se portait plus tr\u00e8s bien et je n\u2019ai malheureusement pas pu y rester. J\u2019ai accept\u00e9 une mission d\u2019un an en tant que responsable de production dans la pharmaceutique mais l\u2019appel de l\u2019usinage \u00e9tait plus fort, c\u2019est donc pour cela que j\u2019ai repris Alpha M\u00e9canique.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Comment as-tu eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de te lancer dans l\u2019entrepreneuriat ?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMes parents avaient une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de s\u00e9rigraphie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mes 15 ans et j\u2019ai toujours gard\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e de reprendre ou cr\u00e9er une entreprise dans un domaine qui m\u2019int\u00e9ressait. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tJ\u2019ai construit mon parcours de sorte \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour g\u00e9rer une entreprise industrielle. Je me suis rapproch\u00e9 d\u2019une association de c\u00e9dants & repreneurs en 2021 et \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9clic pour me lancer.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAlpha M\u00e9canique est une belle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une dizaine de collaborateurs. Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une client\u00e8le locale et est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e pour sa r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et ses comp\u00e9tences techniques. Mon objectif est de continuer sur le m\u00eame rythme en continuant d\u2019investir pour rester comp\u00e9titifs. Il faudra saisir toutes les opportunit\u00e9s dans ce monde en constante \u00e9volution !
