Mon entreprise se d\u00e9veloppe en franchise \u00e0 travers toute la France depuis maintenant 1 an et demi (Merignac, Lyon 9, Grenoble, Bron), avec un mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur la proximit\u00e9 et l\u2019accompagnement des apprenants pour des r\u00e9sultats concrets et durables.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tJe suis une personne qui allie leadership et esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe, tout en restant ouverte \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage. Je sais diriger mon entreprise avec une vision claire tout en sachant m\u2019entourer des bonnes personnes pour avancer. Le Booster Camp est l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 id\u00e9ale pour moi d\u2019apprendre des autres et de partager mon expertise dans la formation.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe petit plus de mon projet, c\u2019est l\u2019humain. Dans un monde o\u00f9 la formation peut devenir impersonnelle, j\u2019ai mis l\u2019accent sur la dimension humaine et le sur-mesure pour mes clients. Nos m\u00e9thodes remettent l\u2019individu au centre de la formation, en le motivant et en le rendant acteur de son apprentissage, ce qui d\u00e9multiplie les r\u00e9sultats.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMon \u201c\u00e9toile\u201d est de rendre MYES incontournable au niveau national en renfor\u00e7ant notre r\u00e9seau de franchises et en atteignant un chiffre d\u2019affaires qui d\u00e9passe les 60 millions d\u2019euros de CA HT d\u2019ici \u00e0 10 ans. Mon objectif est \u00e9galement de digitaliser certaines de nos offres tout en maintenant cette approche humaine qui fait notre force.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Je cherche des conseils sur l\u2019expansion nationale au travers d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de franchise et sur la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie digitale performante tout en conservant nos valeurs fondamentales.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tApr\u00e8s le Booster Camp, j\u2019aimerais avoir une feuille de route claire et concr\u00e8te pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, avec des objectifs de croissance ambitieux mais r\u00e9alisables. Je veux aussi repartir avec des contacts solides qui pourront me suivre et m\u2019accompagner dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ces objectifs.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
