Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 Lyon et Grenoble, elles ont acquis une riche exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans diverses entreprises avant de revenir s\u2019installer \u00e0 M\u00e9ribel. En tant que troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, elles ont toujours eu l\u2019envie de reprendre et de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019entreprise familiale. Leur ambition est de faire perdurer le savoir-faire artisanal et local tout en d\u00e9veloppant l\u2019activit\u00e9 avec l\u2019ouverture de nouvelles boutiques, la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux produits, et la diversification de la gamme de glaces.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a54a2ee46aec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a54a2ee46aec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"text-6a54a2ee46aed\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDepuis 1950, la Maison Braissand, boulangerie et p\u00e2tisserie artisanale, est implant\u00e9e dans la vall\u00e9e de M\u00e9ribel avec trois boutiques, dont une \u00e0 Courchevel. L\u2019activit\u00e9 est saisonni\u00e8re, employant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35 salari\u00e9s en hiver, et la maison livre \u00e9galement les h\u00f4tels et restaurants des deux stations.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a54a2ee46b1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a54a2ee46b1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"text-6a54a2ee46b20\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa Maison Braissand propose une large gamme de produits : pain, viennoiseries, p\u00e2tisseries, g\u00e2teaux, chocolats et glaces, tous fabriqu\u00e9s localement sur le site de production \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de M\u00e9ribel.
